Stallings Homes in Kannapolis, owned by “Joker” and Helen Stallings, began the transition from mobile to modular homes in 1996, working with systems-built manufacturer R-Anell Homes. We now exclusively offer three series of R-Anell homes, the Custom Series, the Gold Medal and the Legends Series. R-Anell really supports us and offers options that meet or exceed typical site-built construction. For example, granite countertops which site builders don’t offer. Our customers are getting a true custom-built home. It’s very good flexibility to do what we want to do with R-Anell homes. Ninety-five percent of what we sell isn’t according to floor plans. We go to R-Anell with modifications to fit a customer’s needs, and the company works with us to provide the best solutions.
