Stallings Homes in Kannapolis, owned by "Joker" and Helen Stallings, began the transition from mobile to modular homes in 1996, working with systems-built manufacturer R-Anell Homes. We now exclusively offer three series of R-Anell homes - the Custom Series, the Gold Medal and the Legends Series.
About R-Anell Homes
R-Anell really supports us and offers options that meet or exceed typical site-built construction. For example, granite countertops which site builders don't offer. Our customers are getting a true custom-built home. It's very good flexibility to do what we want to do with R-Anell homes. Ninety-five percent of what we sell isn't according to floor plans. We go to R-Anell with modifications to fit a customer's needs, and the company works with us to provide the best solutions. This flexibility is a key difference between R-Anell and other manufacturers for us.
Our Audience
We sell to individuals and families across in Charlotte and all of North Carolina for over 26 years. We also sell quite a few homes to site builders because they don't have the time or resources to build a new home. The R-Anell homes have all of the amenities, the quality and are already constructed. We mainly sell homes for primary residences, but also have customers who purchase for second homes at the beach.

R-Anell Homes, the oldest and most established manufacturer of systems-built custom homes in the Southeast since 1972, has worked with a number of builders in its network. With a business that has been in the same easy-to-find location in Kannapolis since it began, open six days a week, we are very familiar with the our market and with customer expectations.
